MAKING JAPANESE QUESTION
SENTENCES
か (Ka) -
Japanese question sentences generally end up with か ; a
statement can be converted into a question by adding か at the end of a statement.
Ex). Yamada
sensei wa bengoshi desu. Yamada
is a lawyer
Yamada sensei wa bengoshi desu ka? Is Yamada a laywer?
Kim san wa gakusei desu.
Kim san wa gakusei desu ka.
Translate:
Are you
a student? Gakusei desu ka.
Is your
mother an office worker?
Is
Erika the older sister of Naomi?
Are you
a sophomore student?
Are you
an employee?
Is Ms.
Tanaka a high school teacher?
